Compensation:

$141,800 - $213,700/year

Responsibilities:

  • Shape the product vision, business model, and customer journey for AppleCare repair, replacement, and fulfillment programs across global markets.
  • Research and synthesize device protection trends, competitive landscape, customer feedback, and market data to identify new product opportunities.
  • Partner with operations and product teams to scale and optimize fulfillment pathways.
  • Negotiate and influence product and service trade-offs impacting coverage, turnaround time, usability, cost, and customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in product management and/or product marketing, including ownership of a full product or service lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Experience developing and launching customer-facing products or services.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with operations, finance, legal, engineering, and marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in product management and/or product marketing.
  • Experience with device protection programs and post-purchase services models.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
