Compensation:
$141,800 - $213,700/year
Responsibilities:
- Shape the product vision, business model, and customer journey for AppleCare repair, replacement, and fulfillment programs across global markets.
- Research and synthesize device protection trends, competitive landscape, customer feedback, and market data to identify new product opportunities.
- Partner with operations and product teams to scale and optimize fulfillment pathways.
- Negotiate and influence product and service trade-offs impacting coverage, turnaround time, usability, cost, and customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years in product management and/or product marketing, including ownership of a full product or service lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Experience developing and launching customer-facing products or services.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with operations, finance, legal, engineering, and marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years in product management and/or product marketing.
- Experience with device protection programs and post-purchase services models.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
