Principal RF Apps Engineer - Instrument Engineering (m/f/d)

This role is based in Munich, Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cellular development engineers as a local technical expert of internal RF test equipment.
- Support end users from early engagements to feature delivery.
- Lead technical troubleshooting efforts and mentor junior team members.
- Conduct demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops.
- Travel up to 15% internationally and domestically.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive industry experience with RF fundamentals, DSP, and communications theory.
- Strong experience in RF measurements for cellular technologies (4G/5G).
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Matlab.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Maths, or Physics; Master's preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data analysis of RF parameters.
- Experience in applications engineering or pre/post-sales engineering.
