This role is based in Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cellular development engineers as a local technical expert of internal RF test equipment.
  • Support end users from early engagements to feature delivery.
  • Lead technical troubleshooting efforts and mentor junior team members.
  • Conduct demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops.
  • Travel up to 15% internationally and domestically.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Extensive industry experience with RF fundamentals, DSP, and communications theory.
  • Strong experience in RF measurements for cellular technologies (4G/5G).
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, or Matlab.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Maths, or Physics; Master's preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data analysis of RF parameters.
  • Experience in applications engineering or pre/post-sales engineering.
