Compensation:

$203,300 - $305,600/year

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Claris' development tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Develop detailed product requirements and user stories.
  • Monitor key product metrics and iterate on the product to achieve business goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management.
  • 8+ years managing a backlog in JIRA.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience with AI workflows and external product launches.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Proven track record of managing complex software products.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
