Platform Engineering Manager, IT Asset Management

This role is based in Cork, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Guide a high-performing team in designing, implementing, and supporting scalable solutions.
• Champion robust operational processes that meet legal, security, and privacy standards.
• Own the roadmap and evolution of the asset management platform (Oomnitza).
• Shape the lifecycle experience with a focus on usability and automation.
• Partner with regional teams and vendors to build integrated workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading technical or cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of IT Asset Management and device lifecycle workflows.
• Success in delivering scalable systems integrations and automation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Passion for building employee-focused technology experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Oomnitza.
• Experience in corporate Mobile Device Management systems.
