PCB Layout Engineer (m/f/d)

Swindon, England, United Kingdom

Responsibilities:

- Develop PCB layouts for validation, characterization, and qualification.

- Collaborate with Silicon Validation and Productisation HW teams to understand board requirements.

- Assist and mentor lower-level PCB Layout Engineers.

- Participate in defining Apple’s Design For Manufacturing (DFM) guidelines.

- Provide accurate timeline estimates for project planning.

- Define best practice layout methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of PCB Layout.
• Experience in designing dense, complex circuitry.
• Understanding of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Strong semiconductor background.
• Experienced user of Cadence tools.
• BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
