Compensation:

$173,500 - $260,800/year

Responsibilities:

  • Develop promotional product strategies and creative concepts tailored to shows and films.
  • Create comprehensive plans with clear objectives, timelines, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, licensors, brand partners, and external agencies.
  • Present creative concepts to potential partners and ensure excellence from conception to launch.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality presentation materials and pitch decks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in licensed merchandising for entertainment properties.
  • Extensive expertise in licensing entertainment IP and managing consumer product initiatives.
  • Proven ability to present to and collaborate with senior-level executives.
  • Strong experience in developing pitch materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, or Business.
  • Experience reviewing early production content.
  • Skilled in presentation deck design and creative development.
  • Collaborative and thrives in dynamic team environments.
