Responsibilities:
- Hire, develop, and manage a team of 2-6 mechanical engineers.
- Drive design processes and validation plans for packaging.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Science, or related field.
- Experience managing a mechanical design team.
- Proficiency in 3D and 2D CAD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of related industry experience.
- Innovative thinking and strong sense of ownership.
- Experience collaborating with manufacturers from concept to mass production.
