Packaging Product Design Engineering Manager

This role is based in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 2-6 mechanical engineers to design and execute packaging architecture, ensuring quality and manufacturability.

Engage with cross-functional teams and drive design processes that meet performance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience managing a mechanical design team
• Proficiency in 3D and 2D CAD
• Strong analytical skills and engineering fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of related industry experience
• Prototyping experience and collaboration with manufacturers
