This role is based in Yokohama, Kanagawa-ken, Japan.
Responsibilities:
Develop optical metrology and lens metrology systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform hands-on work with optical metrology equipment, and analyze optical element impacts on image quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in optical metrology instruments.
- 3+ years in optical measurement methodologies.
- 3+ years using CAD software for 3D modeling.
- Effective communication in Japanese and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of optical metrology principles.
- Experience with scientific computing languages (e.g., Python, Matlab).
- Experience in measurement data analysis.
- Experience in manufacturing and testing optical components.
