ML Software Engineer - Music Creation Apps - m/f/d

This role is based in Rellingen, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning features for Logic Pro and GarageBand.
• Collaborate with product designers, software engineers, and other domain experts to craft new AI-driven music creation experiences.
• Coordinate and share work and research with machine learning researchers across Apple.
• Optimize ML model performance for deployment on macOS and iOS devices.
• Contribute to the full feature development lifecycle from concept through launch.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience implementing machine learning solutions for audio, speech, or music applications.
• Experience developing production software applications using Python, C++, or Swift.
• Experience writing code for model training pipelines and evaluation tools using Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or related field, or 3 years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Experience integrating machine learning models into consumer-facing applications from prototype to production.
