Compensation:

$176,600 - $313,500 per year

What you'll do:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing Quality Engineering team for Core Services.
  • Define and drive quality strategy, test plans, and the automation roadmap across services.
  • Partner closely with engineering, product, and program teams to align on scope, risks, and release criteria.
  • Drive efficiency and coverage in functional, integration, performance, and reliability testing.
  • Establish quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting; deliver clear updates to leadership.
  • Ensure build qualifications, release readiness, and project milestones are met.
  • Champion engineering excellence, tooling, and CI/CD best practices across teams.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture across geographies and time zones.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years leading QA/Quality Engineering teams in software.
  • B.S. in Computer Science or similar field, M.S. preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of QA automation architecture, methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • High value for teamwork and cross-functional alignment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience planning and leading end-to-end software release cycles.
  • Proven leadership of major, cross-functional software initiatives.
  • Strong technical acumen across backend/services, automation, and CI/CD.
