Compensation:
$110,400 - $210,800/year
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain the Fiscal Operating Plan for marketing teams.
- Track progress and milestones across marketing functions.
- Communicate with global cross-functional partners to meet objectives.
- Identify and improve existing processes for better deliverables.
- Facilitate budget operations and monitor allocations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years in operations, preferably in marketing or subscription services.
- Effective communication and project management skills.
- Experience building operational best practices and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience leading meetings with executive leadership.
- Familiarity with platforms like AirTable and Wrike.
