Compensation:

$117,400 - $221,200/year

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct robust analysis of survey data, including data cleaning, weighting, statistical testing, and generating crosstabs.
  • Partner closely with Research Managers, Survey Programmers, and Database Marketing teams to execute on the programming, testing, sampling, and distribution of surveys.
  • Design and run A/B tests to refine questionnaires, ensuring research questions are translated into measurable and effective survey metrics.
  • Apply advanced analytical expertise to research projects, including designing sampling and weighting strategies to ensure representativeness, identifying trends, and uncovering patterns in the data.
  • Explore and adopt AI tools to automate workflows and enhance analytical efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer insights or market research.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or human-behavior field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, CS, Psychology).
  • Strong communication and data visualization skills.
  • Deep expertise in analyzing large-scale survey data using Python (Pandas) or R; SQL for querying large datasets.
  • Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher, SurveyMonkey).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or other BI tools.
  • Familiarity with AI for workflow improvement and data analysis.
  • Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment.
