This role is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable mass creation of products as a partner in development.
  • Partner with tooling and functional teams to evaluate design and processes.
  • Develop measurement technologies and control strategies.
  • Implement quality inspection tools for part characteristics.
  • Compile data to determine process specifications.
  • Collaborate with groups to define quality expectations.
  • Coordinate Quality Engineering functions for multiple programs.
  • Establish audit procedures for supplier alignment with quality standards.
  • Drive corrective actions with team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing and Quality Control.
  • 6-10 years in process quality plans and supplier audits.
  • Knowledge of mechanical quality and reliability concepts.
  • Project management experience with problem-solving tools.
  • BE/BTech in relevant engineering fields; ME/MS preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and technical acumen.
