Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a unified product strategy and roadmap.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of product managers.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
- Prioritize product features based on business value and customer impact.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years managing teams of Product Managers.
- 8+ years as a Product Manager with experience in rapid application development.
- Strong understanding of business metrics and product strategy alignment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree; technical background preferred.
- Experience with generative AI technologies.
- Strong experience with agile development practices.
