Manager, Product Manager - Claris

This role is based in Sunnyvale, California.

Compensation:

$208,400 - $313,500/year

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a unified product strategy and roadmap.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of product managers.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
• Prioritize product features based on business value and customer impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years managing teams of Product Managers.
• 8+ years as a Product Manager with experience in rapid application development.
• Strong understanding of business metrics and product strategy alignment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or advanced degree; technical background preferred.
• Experience with generative AI technologies.
• Strong experience with agile development practices.
