Compensation:

$191,400 - $288,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee corporate email marketing operations, leading customer database segmentation and management.
  • Establish email marketing best practices and governance for customer communications.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop strategic process and technology solutions.
  • Manage teams responsible for marketing application platforms and campaign operations.
  • Serve as Privacy Champion, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Direct Marketing experience, CRM, or equivalent in marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent program management skills.
  • Experience managing a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to address communication gaps.
  • Experience using AI to improve processes and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
