Compensation:
$191,400 - $288,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Oversee corporate email marketing operations, managing customer database segmentation and CRM applications.
- Establish email marketing best practices and governance for customer communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic process and technology solutions.
- Lead teams responsible for enterprise marketing application platforms and campaign operations.
- Serve as Privacy Champion, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Direct Marketing experience or equivalent in marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and collaboration abilities.
- Experience using enterprise-based tools such as email distribution systems.
- Excellent program management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to address communication gaps.
- Experience using AI to improve processes and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
