This role is based in Austin, Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business problems into technical solutions.
- Design data-driven solutions and build end-to-end data pipelines.
- Collaborate with partners to implement real-time and batch decisioning.
- Monitor decisioning quality and maintain operational health.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate degree with data science experience or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in deploying machine learning solutions.
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms and SQL for data extraction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in a related field.
- Experience with operations research or mathematical optimization techniques.
