Machine Learning Engineer

This role is based in San Diego, California.

Compensation:

$139,500 - $258,100 per year

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data curation pipeline for pre-training and post-training.
• Collaborate with model and evaluation teams to benchmark data quality.
• Enhance data infrastructure for improved processing performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS with a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience.
• Strong experience in evaluating supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning models.
• Hands-on experience with large scale data curation pipelines for LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree with relevant experience.
• Experience with open-source evaluation tools and generative models.
