Machine Learning Engineer (NLP), WW CSO

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Prototype and ship algorithms that advance the state of the art in machine learning.
• Explore and apply Large Language Models and Generative AI.
• Develop automation pipelines and deploy models to production.
• Analyze data to optimize existing models.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into high-performing systems.
• Communicate results to business partners and maintain expertise in AI advancements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in NLP/AI software development.
• Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field, or M.S. with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with state-of-the-art NLP algorithms and AI models.
• Strong understanding of Python and machine learning tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
