Machine Learning Engineer

This role is based in London, England, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

• Lead rigorous model evaluations and architect comprehensive evaluation suites for LLMs and multimodal models.
• Develop advanced scoring frameworks to quantify human-perceived quality metrics.
• Translate qualitative failure modes into actionable data for model training.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine model behavior.
• Build distributed evaluation pipelines for high-throughput model evaluation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX).
• Experience with LLMs, multimodal models, and NLP systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of human factors and cognitive science methodologies.
• Experience building scalable ML inference pipelines and evaluation workflows.
