This role is based in Singapore, Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Products, Research, Operations, and Editorial teams to evaluate algorithms and AI models.
  • Build data products and scalable tools using Python or Scala.
  • Create structured evaluations and implement metrics to assess AI model performance.
  • Monitor LLM performance and perform detailed failure analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with machine learning concepts, SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Experience with Large Language Models and evaluation techniques.
  • Fluency in English and another language to support specific markets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to analyze complex issues and improve LLM outputs.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility in work hours.
