This role is based in Cupertino, California.

Compensation:

$179,200 - $356,600/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Localization Managers and Producers.
  • Serve as the strategic localization partner to multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee operational health, processes, and quality standards.
  • Partner with internal teams to shape tools and workflows for marketing localization.
  • Ensure localized assets resonate with target audiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership of high-performing teams.
  • Experience in international marketing and creative localization.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Onsite presence required; role involves quarterly domestic travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong operational and technical skills.
  • Experience with large-scale, international projects.
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and foster trust.
