This role is based in Culver City, California.

Compensation:

$170,200 - $338,700/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Localization Managers and Producers across various Apple Services.
  • Serve as a strategic localization partner to multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee operational health, including processes and quality standards.
  • Ensure localized assets resonate culturally and creatively in each market.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership of high-performing teams.
  • Direct experience in international marketing and creative localization.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong operational skills with experience in optimizing workflows.
  • Ability to align localization strategy with business priorities.
  • Cultural sensitivity and experience working with global teams.
