Responsibilities:
Develop lifecycle marketing programs across digital channels, focusing on in-app communications and email campaigns. Create new customer journeys, establish performance benchmarks, and optimize communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience executing lifecycle marketing campaigns through in-app and email channels.
- Track record of designing and executing tests, analyzing results, and implementing improvements.
- Experience driving results across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated strengths in communication and collaboration.
