This role is based in Austin, Texas.
Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate marketing agreements, provide legal and regulatory guidance on marketing campaigns, and support Apple's marketing teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant law firm and/or in-house experience.
- Experience with marketing and intellectual property law.
- Knowledge of marketing laws applicable to consumer finance.
- JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Reg Z, TILA, UDAAP.
- Ability to handle multiple projects on competing timelines.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
