Legal Counsel - Global Supply Chain and Strategic Deals

This role is based in Cupertino, California.

Compensation:

$230,500 - $346,500/year

Responsibilities:

Advise engineering and operations teams on technology development, negotiate complex agreements, and support Apple’s legal needs across products and businesses.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of transactional experience in technology agreements
• JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Apple business
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
