Lead Producer, Customer Journeys and Marketing

This role is based in Culver City, California.

Compensation:

$139,800 - $210,800/year

Responsibilities:

Oversee planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery of marketing assets for campaigns. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to define campaign requirements and ensure smooth delivery of final assets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years as a Producer or Marketing Project Manager
• Experience leading consumer-facing marketing initiatives
• Thorough understanding of digital campaign processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years managing a team
• Proficient in project management software
