Internship - Multilingual & multimodal Foundation Model, Siri and Information Intelligence

This internship is based in Barcelona, Spain.
Responsibilities:
Design and run large-scale experiments, create specialized training and evaluation datasets to study multilingual capabilities of multimodal foundation models.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience with foundation models and knowledge of multimodal advancements.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale experiments.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multilingual data and scaling to non-English languages.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale data pipelines.
- Publication record in relevant conferences.
