Intern Software Engineer, London, ASE

This role is based in London, England, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior engineers on projects related to features, reliability, scalability, and maintainability of the object storage system.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and team meetings.
• Develop and test software components to enhance system quality.
• Learn about distributed systems concepts and cloud infrastructure.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Rust, Go, or Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with distributed systems concepts.
• Experience with multi-threaded programming or concurrent systems.
