Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 15 strategists, developing 4 people managers.
  • Oversee audience profiles, communications plans, and campaign strategies across various service lines.
  • Act as a liaison for internal marketing partners.
  • Drive strategic vision and identify clear goals for team alignment.
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams for effective campaign execution.
  • Manage budget allocations and optimize resource efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience managing cross-channel media strategies.
  • 5+ years of team management experience.
  • Proficiency in developing communications strategies and audience profiles.
  • Expert-level understanding of media and social landscape.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills.
