Full Stack Performance Engineer, Retail Engineering

This role is based in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:

Work with architecture, platform design, and engineering teams to understand customer needs. Gather requirements and develop scalable software, tools, and dashboards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Performance Engineer
• Strong understanding of Cloud-based deployments
• Experience in Enterprise Class Java Applications
• Understanding of network technologies and protocols for iOS
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven record to lead a complete functional area of an application or product
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Scripting and programming skills in Java, Python, or similar
• Knowledge of JMeter, Gatling, K6, or similar tools
