Responsibilities:
- Oversee entire lifecycle of events ensuring alignment with WW Marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive briefs and manage project timelines.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and manage logistics for events.
- Conduct post-event analysis and drive continuous improvement in event processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in event management.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using AI to improve operational processes.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
