Enterprise Systems Engineer, Major Accounts & Channel Partners

This role is based in Seoul, Korea.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers and channel partners.
• Support sales engagements by assessing customer environments and proposing architectures.
• Drive technical enablement for partners through workshops and technical certifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer readiness and deliver scalable deployment strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in technical business transformation solutions or consultative pre-sales engineering.
• Strong understanding of enterprise messaging, collaboration, and security technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or enterprise IT consulting.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture including endpoint management and security.
