Engineering Manager, UI Frameworks

This role is based in Sunnyvale, California.

Compensation:

$198,300 - $342,800/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a diverse engineering team responsible for core UI components.
• Drive cross-functional partnerships to ensure intuitive UI patterns.
• Oversee delivery of complex software projects with a focus on quality and performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience, including managing teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AR/VR platforms and modern UI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with SwiftUI and spatial computing interactions.
