$178,300 - $308,400/year
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a diverse engineering organization responsible for core UI components.
- Drive partnerships with design and engineering teams for seamless UI interactions.
- Oversee delivery of complex software projects ensuring quality and performance.
- Develop and grow engineering talent through coaching and mentorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience with leadership roles.
- Strong user-experience focus and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AR/VR platforms and modern UI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in framework design.
