Compensation:

$178,300 - $308,400/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a diverse engineering organization responsible for core UI components.
  • Drive partnerships with design and engineering teams for seamless UI interactions.
  • Oversee delivery of complex software projects ensuring quality and performance.
  • Develop and grow engineering talent through coaching and mentorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of software development experience with leadership roles.
  • Strong user-experience focus and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AR/VR platforms and modern UI frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in framework design.
