Engineering Manager Testing

This role is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Quality Engineers.
• Drive results, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
• Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies and frameworks.
• Champion innovation in testing, integrating advanced techniques and tools.
• Oversee the design and maintenance of automated test suites.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 17+ years in software development or quality engineering, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience architecting scalable testing solutions.
• Proficient in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium and TestNG.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools and security testing methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
