Compensation:
$188,200 - $325,500
Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers.
- Participate in design reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
- Foster a strong engineering culture valuing collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive delivery accountability and communicate team progress to leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience designing and building distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Rust or equivalent low-level languages.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure or data pipeline systems.
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multi-cloud storage systems.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
