Engineering Manager, Find My

This role is based in Cupertino, California.

Compensation:

$198,300 - $342,800/year

Summary:

The Find My team is dedicated to creating a secure experience for users to locate their devices and share locations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of engineers.
• Advocate for customer experience and deliver solutions on time.
• Communicate and coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in design and code reviews.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of engineering management experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience with expertise in Swift/Objective-C/C/C++.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in cross-team collaboration.
