Engineering Manager, Cloud Network Reliability

This role is based in Sunnyvale, California.

Compensation:

$228,100 - $342,800/year

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the reliability engineering vision and strategy.
• Lead day-to-day execution of reliability initiatives.
• Establish and own SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Partner with software engineering and infrastructure teams.
• Promote automation and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and develop engineers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years in software or systems engineering.
• 6+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience with highly available, fault-tolerant systems.
• Hands-on experience with reliability engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SLO-based reliability programs.
• Knowledge of observability systems.
• Experience with microservices architectures.
