What you'll do:

  • Lead the data engineering and analytics team, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • Develop and own the vision for analytics engineering, delivering curated datasets and dashboards.
  • Establish standards for metrics, data governance, and oversee data quality.
  • Build and coach a high-performing team, fostering a culture of inclusion and learning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize analytics engineering roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in analytics or data engineering with strong SQL, Python, or Java skills.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in analytics/data teams.
  • Experience with data pipelines and data quality assurance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
