Compensation:

$198,300 - $298,100 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of engineers and make decisions affecting cross-functional partners.
  • Contribute to code reviews and risk assessments.
  • Represent your team in cross-functional meetings.
  • Clarify requirements and goals for software projects.
  • Lead the design and execution phases of software development.
  • Develop engineering talent within the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, including 3+ years managing teams.
  • Proficiency in Java/Python for data pipelines.
  • Understanding of distributed systems and databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing large projects for performance and scalability.
  • Familiarity with email platforms and anti-abuse programs.
  • Knowledge of ML-based classification systems.
