This role is based in Cupertino, California.

Compensation:

$157,200 - $236,700

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing safety initiatives for new manufacturing technologies.
  • Conducting hazard assessments and risk mitigation for manufacturing processes.
  • Creating safety protocols and training for suppliers and engineering teams.
  • Monitoring safety performance and reporting on key metrics.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safety compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing technologies and machine safety.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with international machine safety standards.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10-20% of the time).
