Compensation:

$193,000 - $347,200

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive multi-year DRAM technology and qualification plans.
  • Partner with Global Supply Management and engineering teams to engage DRAM suppliers.
  • Drive DRAM technology qualification programs and NPI execution.
  • Synthesize complex findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field with 20+ years of experience.
  • Experience in semiconductor/memory technology development and program management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS or PhD in a relevant field.
  • Deep knowledge of the DRAM/memory industry and supplier landscape.
  • Experience managing high volume silicon manufacturing processes.
