This role is based in Austin, Texas.

What you'll do:

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain highly available Edge infrastructure, including proxy, CDN, and global routing services.
  • Own technical challenges to design and implement robust solutions.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with network, SRE, and global operations teams for reliable operations.
  • Propose architectural improvements and guide strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active RHCSA or LPIC-1 certification, or equivalent hands-on Linux administration experience.
  • Experience diagnosing application traffic and connectivity issues.
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active RHCE or LPIC-2 certification, or equivalent advanced Linux engineering experience.
  • Hands-on experience with BGP, routing principles, and large-scale traffic management.
  • Experience troubleshooting production incidents and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
