This role is based in Austin, Texas.
What you'll do:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain highly available Edge infrastructure, including proxy, CDN, and global routing services.
- Own technical challenges to design and implement robust solutions.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with network, SRE, and global operations teams for reliable operations.
- Propose architectural improvements and guide strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active RHCSA or LPIC-1 certification, or equivalent hands-on Linux administration experience.
- Experience diagnosing application traffic and connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active RHCE or LPIC-2 certification, or equivalent advanced Linux engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with BGP, routing principles, and large-scale traffic management.
- Experience troubleshooting production incidents and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
