This role is based in Cupertino, California.

Compensation:

$172,100 - $258,600/year

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze trends in annotator performance and task complexity.
  • Translate insights into optimized project structures and workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for A/B testing and capacity forecasting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data science.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with machine learning models.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field.
  • Experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
