Cross Functional Test Lead, Retail Engineering (Stores)

This position is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Establish QA standards, guidelines, technologies, and approaches for projects and the testing team.
• Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore testing team activities.
• Participate in development and execution of test processes, strategies, and plans.
• Work with Automation Lead to reduce regression test cycles aiming for 100% automation.
• Collaborate with business and technical project teams to implement test plans for high-quality product releases.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience in developing and implementing test plans, QA processes, and methodologies.
• Experience in manual and automation testing.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience in test data and environment setup for end-to-end testing.

• Experience leading a team as QA Lead.
• Able to quickly identify and understand issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business partners and developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
