Cross Functional Test Lead, Retail Engineering (Stores)

This role is based in Cork, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Establish QA standards, guidelines, technologies, and approaches for projects.
• Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore testing team activities.
• Work with Automation Lead to reduce regression test cycles with a goal of 100% automation.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement test plans for high-quality product releases.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience developing and implementing test plans, QA processes, and methodologies.
• Experience with manual and automation testing.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading a team as QA Lead.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
