Cross Functional Test Lead, Retail Engineering (Stores)

This position is based in Cork, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Establish QA standards, guidelines, technologies, and approaches for projects.
• Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore testing team activities.
• Develop and execute test processes, strategies, and plans.
• Work with Automation Lead to reduce regression test cycles aiming for 100% automation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in developing and implementing test plans and QA processes.
• Experience in manual and automation testing.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience in test data and environment setup for end-to-end testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading a QA team.
• Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively with business partners and technical teams.
