Cross Functional Test Lead, Retail Engineering (Online)

This position is based in Cork, County Cork, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Establish QA standards, guidelines, technologies, and approaches for projects and the testing team.
• Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore testing team activities.
• Develop and execute test processes, strategies, and plans.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement test plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing and implementing test plans and QA processes.
• Experience in manual and automation testing.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading a QA team.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
